Responsibilities

Under the direction of the North America Business Development Director, you will contribute to the following challenges:

  • Develop a portfolio of new clients and identify tailored solutions.
  • Understand client’s business objectives to propose customized strategies.
  • Lead the entire negotiation cycle, from prospecting to closing, with a strategic approach.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (SCO, R&D, marketing, etc.) to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure Alignment on capabilities and financial aspects with the SCO team.
  • Provide regular reports and accurate forecasts on account performance.
  • Facilitate the transition from acquisition to account management post-signature.
  • Implement the company’s initiatives for new clients.
