We’re looking for a commercially astute Business Development & Acquisition Manager to lead our Melbourne entry and future interstate growth. This role will focus on sourcing acquisition opportunities, building partnerships, and securing portfolio growth, while representing Wolfbrook in a new market.

As we scale, we are expanding our property management footprint into Australia seeking partnerships, acquisitions, and portfolio growth opportunities.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• 7+ years’ experience in property management, real estate business development, or commercial expansion roles.
• Proven track record of growing portfolios through acquisition, partnerships, or international investor relationships.
• Understanding of Australian real estate markets, offshore landlord needs, and cross-border ownership structures.
• Experience in due diligence, and commercial negotiation.
• Strong interpersonal, commercial, and project management skills.
