As a Business Development Advisor, you will actively pursue and develop partnerships with employers to successfully meet sales targets relating to apprenticeships. You will work closely with the Business Development Manager to ensure employer engagement matches the curriculum offer and sales are closely aligned with College’s key priorities and assessor caseloads.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Meet sales targets for enrolments and income generation, aligning sales with College priorities and assessor caseloads.
• Respond to web/phone enquiries and follow up on all sales opportunities.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to research business development opportunities.
• Effectively market employer engagement programs and update sales literature to match the college’s image.
• Contribute to the development of a cohesive and targeted sales and marketing campaigns.
• Attend networking events and meetings to promote the College and Business Development Centre services.
