Contact customers to schedule and confirm appointments for Sales. Do follow-ups with Sales Department Schedule future contact as needed. Keep customer information up to date. Generate communication according to a predetermined timeline to automatically schedule follow-up reminders for next contact. Contact Customers based on current marketing initiatives.
