JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualification
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in the real estate industry.
• Good interpersonal skills, due diligence, accountable, initiative and willingness to learn.
• Good team player with a positive working attitude and strong mindset of collaboration.
• Good ability of logical thinking and explanation to others.
• Proficient in Presentation skills
• Basic project management skill is required.
• PL/BS/Cashflow analysis skill is required.
• Good supporting attitude for the Business Development Team in each country in Southeast Asia & Oceania.
• Able to travel for business trip if required.

PREFERABLE SKILL/EXPERIENCE

• Experience in property management, project development management, or asset management in the real estate industry, especially logistics.
• Experience in company management, and joint venture management.Experience in managing complete due diligence in real estate investment including but not limited to legal, tax, finance, and technical points.
