We are looking for a Business Development Analyst & PMO Manager to join our Strategy & Transformation team supporting with various analysis projects as well as our Brands First program. This high-impact initiative is focused on separating our Business Areas Fiskars and VITA into distinct legal entities while also establishing a robust foundation for future operational transformations. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of this enterprise-wide transformation, working across multiple business functions and markets. While also being a crucial part of shaping future initiatives through driving analysis work together with our internal experts.
Your Role
Join us in an exciting role where you will co-drive transformation within Fiskars Group, a global home of design-driven brands for indoor and outdoor living. The position can be based at our Espoo Campus (Finland) or Frederiksberg office (Denmark).

As Business Development Analyst & PMO Manager, you will:

  • Lead and operate the Program Management Office (PMO) to support the Brands First program manager and project teams.
  • Support the VP for Strategy & Transformation in strategic analysis and initiatives tasks by creating executive decision scenarios for our top management team supporting data-driven decision-making.
  • Establish and coordinate governance activities, including milestone tracking, risk management, reporting, and steering group facilitation.
  • Ensure timely and on-budget delivery of projects within the program by monitoring an effective governance structure.
  • Manage program and project reporting, ensuring alignment with business objectives and high-quality updates for steering committees and leadership.
  • Facilitate risk & issue management, proactively identifying challenges and ensuring mitigation strategies are implemented.
  • Oversee resource, schedule & dependency management, ensuring consistency across workstreams and addressing potential conflicts.

Who You Are

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems Science, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in strategic analysis and business transformation initiatives, preferably from consulting or in-house consulting roles in the industry
  • And/or 3–5 years of experience managing PMO activities for complex business programs, preferably within a global setting.

  • Exceptional communication skills – able to synthesize and present complex information in a clear, compelling manner.

  • Hands-on & proactive approach – takes ownership, ensures accountability, and drives execution.
