BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ANALYST

The Business Development Analyst is responsible for sourcing and evaluating new potential strategic partners, risk management and relationship support.

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Source and evaluate new Fintechs to partner with CCBank.
  • Participate introductory meetings to discuss bank opportunities; identify client needs and evaluate alternative business solutions
  • Assist in due diligence, including reviewing and analyzing financial statements and reviewing and developing projections
  • Develop and explore new ideas and business lines
  • Review contracts, agreements and provide suggestions
  • Review monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting metrics to attain internal bank goals
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and make constructive suggestions for change; manage the process of innovative change effectively

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

  • Excellent Excel and reporting skills
  • Understanding of financial statements
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and attitude; creative in coming up with data driven decisions
  • Ability to present to key stakeholders in a confident and concise manner
  • Assertive self-starter, with exceptional professional verbal/written skills, who is highly organized and able to work independently to finish assigned projects
  • Efficient and very well organized
  • Exceptional people-management and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work well in a team or individually
