BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ANALYST – DYNALINE INDUSTRIES

Looking to launch a meaningful career? REQUIREMENTS

· A positive attitude, open to learning and growing

· Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
· Experience with Power BI and/or SAP is a plus
· Knowledge of our industry is a plus
· Bilingual (French and English) will be given special consideration

Responsibilities

· Building and maintaining relationships with our customers
· Following a clearly defined customer outreach process and schedule
· Responding to inbound calls, processing orders, and sharing new opportunities
· Meeting sales targets
· Contributing to team meetings
· Analytics and reporting, data mining, research projects including competitive intelligence
· Maintaining price lists, contract pricing, promotional pricing etc.
· Managing Dynaline e-commerce platform including new product updates, promotions and setting up accounts for customers
· Troubleshooting and managing our EDI platform
