Responsibilities:

POSITION SUMMARY

The Business Development Analyst II is a key role within the Business Development organization responsible for driving results to enhance operational effectiveness in line with the overall corporate strategy and industry best practices. This individual will work cross-functionally to track multi-disciplinary metrics and transformation initiatives that will help shape, implement, and manage the organization’s overall plan and strategy. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is highly analytical, intellectually curious, possesses a strong business acumen, and can translate complex data and information into actionable insights for an executive-level audience.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word).
  • Strong interpersonal skills including communication, presentation, facilitation, collaboration and relationship-building.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to deliver high quality work under pressure.
  • Proven ability to manage projects, and to influence and lead in a matrix organization.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload in a complex, multi-project environment.

PREFERRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Organizational Design, or related field.
  • Business Development and/or Technical Product/Program Management experience in Federal Government (DOD or IC), Technology or Regulated Industry.
  • Knowledge of or experience with Client Relationship Management (CRM) (Salesforce), marketing automation technology (e.g. Eloqua, Pardot, Marketo, etc), and/or business intelligence tools (e.g. PowerBI).
