Description

Remitee, a rapidly growing international payments Fintech, is looking for a Business Development Analyst to join the Commercial team.
In this role, you will play a key role in Remitee’s growth by identifying new business opportunities, analyzing market trends, and supporting the expansion of strong commercial relationships with global clients.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure outstanding service delivery and strategic alignment.

CANDIDATE’S QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles within the fintech, payments, banking, or digital wallet industries (preferred).
  • Experience developing commercial partnerships in LATAM and/or the US is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Proficiency with analytics tools such as Power BI and SQL.
  • Advanced English is required.
Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis in the international remittance and payments industry across key regions.
  • Design and implement effective lead generation strategies.
  • Create compelling and customized presentations to communicate Remitee’s value proposition to potential clients.
  • Support the active management of existing client accounts, identifying opportunities to improve service and deepen relationships.
  • Develop strategies to enhance customer experience and strengthen long-term partnerships.
  • Work closely with Operations, Tech, Compliance, and Treasury teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service execution.
  • Leverage internal data sources to extract insights and prioritize service enhancements.
  • Utilize analytics tools (e.g. Power BI, SQL) to generate reports, identify trends, and guide decision-making.
