Our highly skilled operators conduct research and assessments based on real-world threats, simulating adversaries and malicious actors to deliver actionable findings on critical assets and infrastructures. Our program planners advise mission owners to bring rapid solutions to intelligence leaders. Using innovative processes, tools, and techniques, we predict and overcome cybersecurity vulnerabilities. In this position, you’ll provide meaningful support to our growth strategy and business operations. You’ll work alongside a dynamic team of capture managers, proposal specialists, and technical leaders who are dedicated to expanding SIXGEN’s impact in critical national security missions. WHAT YOU'LL DO Support execution of go-to-market strategies, including pipeline development and partnership engagement. Build, maintain, and track the business development (BD) pipeline in alignment with company growth targets. Regularly monitor and qualify future growth opportunities from portals such as GOVWIN, SAM.gov, and DACIS, sharing recommendations with leadership. Manage, optimize, edit, and maintain CRM systems to ensure accurate reporting, forecasting, and data integrity. Support growth sector leads with market research, analysis and opportunity identification in target agencies and capability domains (e.g., DoD, DHS). Lead operations projects within the Growth team to include RFI support, data call execution, ad-hoc growth operations projects, process improvement, and organizing knowledge repositories. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience. 4+ years of experience in business development, operations, or data analytics within the federal government, commercial, or GovCon sector. Ability to collaborate with contracts, finance, and technical teams to ensure alignment between pipeline data, business operations, and execution readiness. Experience using Excel, Google Sheets, or BI/reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to analyze and visualize pipeline or market data. Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent) and pipeline reporting tools. Experience monitoring and qualifying opportunities using portals such as GOVWIN, SAM.gov, and DACIS. Proficiency with productivity and collaboration platforms such as Google Suite (Gmail, Drive, Docs), Confluence, ASANA, and related business operations tools. Proven ability to coordinate across teams, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and lead team meetings. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS $80,000 – $100,000 USD The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations. The final salary offer will be determined after a thorough review of the candidate's background and alignment with the role. Responsibilities

You will support the execution of go-to-market strategies and manage the business development pipeline. Additionally, you will conduct market research and lead operations projects within the Growth team.
