Responsibilities Position Purpose: The Business Development function is responsible for planning, executing, and managing strategic and tactical change projects in the APAC region. Primary duties will include: Gather business requirements across various Front Office and support functions locally and internationally in relation to change projects Determine or actively contribute to ideation and solutions for complex cross-functional issues/problems and large system implementations/migrations Full-cycle project management and responsible ownership for overall objectives Active engagement with Front Office and support teams to stay updated on latest developments from business and support perspectives Accurate and effective reporting of project status and other KPI/MIS Qualifications To land this role you will need: A good understanding of financial markets workflows in one or more of the asset classes below: Exchange-Traded Derivatives OTC derivatives Wholesale FX Fixed Income and Equities Excellent communication skills and an ability to connect and secure buy-in from stakeholders Strategic thinking ability and a natural inquisitiveness to enable you to anticipate and investigate business challenges A strong ability to understand, critically review, and implement systems, workflows, and processes Strong organisation skills and high standards of accuracy, delivery, and time management Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis What makes you stand out: 2+ years of relevant experience in a COO, Business Management, or Consulting function Excellent written and oral communication skills in English Education / Certification Requirements: A good Bachelor’s degree Working environment: Hybrid (1-day WFH, 4 days in office) #LI-Hybrid #LI-KV1
