ABOUT THE ROLE:

The role of the BD & Marketing Assistant is to closely work with the firm’s BD and Marketing team by carrying out administrative tasks to support the firms brand strategy for marketing campaigns including events, PR and comms as well as business development.

It is the responsibility of the BD and Marketing Assistant to support the BD and Marketing team by taking on the following duties and responsibilities:

  • Assist the BD and Marketing team in coordinating internal and external events and webinars, including on-site support at venues e.g. meet and greet. Responsibilities include preparing delegate materials, managing event invitations, and tracking attendee responses. Monitor and manage events and communication inboxes.
  • Assisting in tracking and coordinating marketing and business development activity.
  • Maintaining the firm’s website and uploading new content
  • Coordinating photography including stock imagery and headshots as well as photo editing.
  • Supporting the Brand and Engagement Manager with rebranding firm assets including reports.
  • Creating, editing and updating marketing literature.
  • Promoting content via the firm’s social media platforms.
  • Maintaining the CRM, ensuring all lists are kept up to date and activities tracked.
  • Undertaking research projects and creating reports.
  • Dealing with ad-hoc marketing administrative tasks from the wider team.
  • Supporting and co-ordination of the firm’s directory submissions.

The role is based in our clients Norwich office but the candidate will need to be able to support Cambridge events and visit our other offices as and when required, so a full driving licence would be required.
The candidate must be flexible to attend and set up for events outside of working hours as and when required, this includes both early mornings (from 7am)/late evenings (to 9pm), we are flexible in terms of taking this time back.
