Having recently moved into our flagship Wilmslow office, we’re now looking for an experienced Business Development and Marketing Manager to drive growth, strengthen relationships, and expand our presence across Cheshire, Yorkshire and beyond.

ABOUT YOU

We’re looking for someone with:

  • Proven marketing experience in professional services.
  • Confidence in business development and cold outreach.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and professional presence.
  • Excellent communication and organisation skills.
  • A creative, driven, and motivated approach.
  • Experience with HubSpot Marketing Professional (desirable).

Responsibilities

THE ROLE

This is a hands-on role for someone confident in both marketing strategy and business development. You’ll build strong networks, generate new opportunities, and enhance our brand visibility across digital and local communities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Research and target prospective clients using databases and digital tools.
  • Develop and deliver outreach strategies to connect with new businesses and introducers.
  • Build and nurture a network of professional contacts.
  • Attend, host, and represent Langricks at networking events.
  • Support marketing activity across social media, blogs, and campaigns.
  • Play a key role in promoting events such as the Wilmslow Running Festival, of which we’re proud sponsors.
