JOB OVERVIEW

Are you a people-focused professional with a passion for relationship-building and business growth? We’re looking for two Business Development and Sales Account Executives to join our team at Stoneleigh Park. You’ll play a key role in managing client accounts, nurturing leads, and driving sales through exceptional customer service and communication.
This role involves prospecting, analysing market trends, developing client-specific solutions, negotiating terms, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Please note that initiating contact with potential clients to help generate new business opportunities and existing clients to help build rapport and generate sales will require a lot of outbound calls, emails and contact on social media platforms and in our experience, this can be up to 90% of the contact.

  • Make proactive outbound calls to initiate, grow and retain client relationships.
  • Use social media and digital platforms to build new business pipelines.
