Description

Eduquest International Institute is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development and Sales Manager to lead our sales initiatives across both corporate and individual segments. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving WSQ corporate sales, expanding our portfolio of clients, and promoting our key training areas including Digital Skills, AI Courses, Critical Core Skills and other in-demand courses.
This role requires a strong understanding of the Private Education / Continuing Education and Training (CET) market in Singapore, with a proven track record in business development, sales, and relationship management.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
  • 4–5 years of proven experience in Business Development and Sales within the CET / Training & Education sector in Singapore.
  • Strong knowledge of WSQ framework, SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) policies, and government funding schemes.
  • Demonstrated ability to network, engage, and build strong relationships with corporates and decision-makers.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
