Responsibilities

ROLE SUMMARY

  • Working with the board & senior management team you will be a key player in the development of the business with a focus on growth and development.
  • You will be a key driver of introducing Malary complete service offering to existing customers.
  • You will already be able create and enhance relationships with existing clients and/or new contacts to increase business sales and growth will be a key objective.
  • You will actively prospect for new business in line with Malary business strategy.
  • You will ensure client expectations are met and the company’s good reputation for the quality of our services maintained, you will be required to carry out site visits and support for projects post sales.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Working with clients to maintain and increase business levels and improve client relationships.
  • Carry out site visits/surveys.
  • Deliver presentations.
  • Prepare and submit critical bids
  • To be an enthusiastic lead for company initiatives, e.g., H&S, Business Growth and Development
  • Coaching and training members of the team.
  • Provide reports to management and board on pipeline, job progress, margins and improvements
  • Complete, maintain and submit on time, appropriate paperwork (manually and electronically)
  • To support the sales function by providing guidance and advice when preparing quotations
  • Proactively seeking opportunities for improving the company performance, image and future success
  • Maintaining information in relation to customer enquiries and quotations in the company sales system
  • Interact with customer representatives, contractors and other staff regarding work, acting within the boundaries of your authorisation and providing timely communication and information as directed, to line manager
  • Collaborate with colleagues and peers
  • To achieve and maintain a level of expertise commensurate with the role by identifying and attending training courses as budgets allow
  • Any other duties for the company as reasonably requested by line managers.
