Qualifications

• Business development and sales skills, including lead generation, pipeline management, and client relationship building.
• Experience in contract negotiation, proposal preparation, and bid management within industrial, marine, or oil and gas sectors.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities, with proficiency in preparing reports, sales materials, and executive summaries.
• Analytical and research skills to assess market opportunities, competition, and industry trends in offshore and EPC services.
• Ability to collaborate with technical, operations, and finance teams to align solutions with client requirements and pricing strategies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
• Prior experience in offshore services, marine operations, or oil and gas business development is highly preferred.
• Comfort working on-site in Mumbai, with readiness for client visits, site meetings, and occasional travel as business needs arise.
