BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT APPRENTICE

We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Development Apprentice to join our growing team at Bubble!
This role is perfect for someone eager to learn the fundamentals of business development while working in a fast-paced, creative agency environment.
As a Business Development Apprentice, you’ll gain hands-on experience in identifying new opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and supporting our sales and marketing efforts. You’ll work closely with our team to drive growth and develop key skills in communication, strategy, and client engagement—all while completing a recognised apprenticeship qualification.

Responsibilities
  • Developing new business opportunities with existing clients as well as winning new client accounts
  • Learning and understanding our target audience, clients, services, and processes to effectively communicate our value proposition
  • Engaging with clients and prospective clients via phone calls, emails, LinkedIn messaging, and in-person meetings, establishing and nurturing strong relationships
  • Working on upselling and cross-selling opportunities by identifying clients’ needs and how our services can meet those needs
  • Managing and updating our CRM system with accurate client information
  • Collaborating with our in-house teams to create compelling proposals that showcase our capabilities and meet clients’ specific needs
  • Arranging scoping meetings/appointments with prospective clients
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to existing and prospective clients
  • Supporting the sales team in achieving goals and targets
  • Participating in sales meetings and contributing to strategy discussions
