The ideal candidate will assist in identifying new business opportunities, supporting client relations, and helping coordinate strategic initiatives. Responsibilities Assist the Business Development team in identifying prospects and new market opportunities. Maintain and update databases, pipelines, and reports related to client outreach. Prepare presentations, proposals, and follow-up materials for prospective clients. Conduct research on industry trends and competitors to support strategic decisions. Coordinate meetings, calls, and event logistics for networking and partnership development. Track performance metrics and contribute to ongoing process improvement efforts. Support cross-functional communication between departments to streamline client onboarding and retention. Qualifications Qualifications Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 1–2 years of experience in business development, client services, or administrative support preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Analytical mindset and willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
