Description

Our client is a leading service provider for the alternative assets and currently they are looking for a Business Development Assistant.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with clients regarding all onboarding matters.
  • Collaborate with internal departments for necessary onboarding requirements.
  • Prepare proposals, engagement letters, and administrative agreements
  • Keep all sales and contact information updated
  • Manage and track all sales activities
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings related to sales and administrative issues.
  • Organize travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and visa applications.
  • Manage schedules of Director
  • Oversee calendar management
  • Prepare presentations for quarterly board meetings.
  • Collaborate with the Accounts Department to prepare annual sales reconciliations.
  • Work with the Marketing Department to assist the Director in preparing interviews and necessary marketing materials.
  • Support the Marketing Department with fund-related content
  • Manage the LinkedIn account for marketing purposes, curating content and overseeing social media engagement.
