Compensation: Commission-Based — $4K–$10K+/mo based on performance.
Top closers on our team earn over $300K/year Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM (Top performers often work longer days & weekends optional)

We’re hiring an Automotive Finance Assistant to manage the early approval process, gather documents, and stabilize buyer confidence. You’ll support our senior closers by keeping deals clean, clients calm, and momentum intact.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Speak with pre-approved buyers and walk them through their approval
• Collect documents: ID, paystubs, (training provided)
• Use our CRM to track files, deadlines, and client conversations
• Frame co-applicant discussions without triggering ego or shame
• Prepare clean hand-offs to our closers
