About the Role Bottomless Promotion is seeking a motivated and organized Business Development Assistant to join our Dallas, TX team. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals who want to gain hands-on experience supporting business growth, client engagement, and in-person promotional activities. Key Responsibilities Support the business development team in client outreach and engagement. Assist with lead tracking, follow-ups, and client communications. Help organize and prepare materials for in-person promotional activities. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client needs and project goals are met. Collect and document client feedback and insights. Maintain professional and organized records of communications, schedules, and project tasks. Represent Bottomless Promotion professionally during all interactions. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Customer-focused, professional, and detail-oriented. Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced, in-person environment.
