Job Title: Business Development Assistant Location: Av. Mohamed El Fassi, Agadir 80000 Key Responsibilities: Track and manage the pipeline. Assist in preparing, organizing, and formatting proposal documents. Support the development of capability statements, past performance summaries, and basic pricing inputs Research government agencies, contract opportunities, and competitors Reach out to potential partners and subcontractors for teaming or collaboration opportunities Schedule and coordinate meetings, calls, and proposal deadlines Requirements: Excellent written and verbal communication in English Strong attention to detail and organization Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, email, internet research) Willingness to learn about federal contracting and proposal development. Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines.
