WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE Business Development: Using data tools to track & analyze sales performance, market share, consumer trends, and competitor pricing. Providing accurate cross-functional sales forecasts. Route-to-Market (RTM) Strategy: Designing and implementing the most efficient ways to get our products to the targeted customers. Pricing Strategy: establish pricing strategy & promotional plans across different channels to align with different category targets. Managing Customer Programs: Managing Shopper marketing activities through in-store execution, marketing campaigns. WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED Experiences & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related commercial field (An MBA is often a strong plus for senior roles) Retail Execution and Merchandising: Expert knowledge of planograms, optimal display placement, and Point-of-Sale (POS) material utilization 3–5 years of relevant experience in FMCG, specifically in Shopper Marketing, Marketing, or Category Management.
