Job Title: Business Development Assistant Manager/ Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Develop and implement strategies for targeted market to generate new leads and opportunities.
• Hunting of new business clients, conduct business, industry, and competitor analysis to develop strategies to support business growth and profitability.
• Understand clients’ business need and develop business solutions strategy.
• Build strong and collaborative relationship with customers.
• Drive pitches, product presentation and penetration with confidence.
• Sales driven mindset with focus in achieving the sales revenue.
• Business travel to visit potential and existing clients, when required.
• Any other duties which may be assigned from time to time by the company.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma/Degree in any studies
• At least 10 years of business development experience in plastic manufacturing/ injection molding industry.
• Experience in developing and implementing business strategies.
• Strong knowledge in plastic, injection molding business.
• Good communication skills and presentation skills.
• Proficient in English and Mandarin to communicate with Chinese speaking clients.
• Ability to communicate in Malay is preferred to communicate with Malay speaking clients.
• Excellent strategic thinker who can translate business development challenges into business solutions.
• Able to work independently and in team.
