We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our Apparel Industry. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving the growth of our organization. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales and business development, with a keen understanding of strategic planning and customer relationship management in the clothing industry.

Responsibilities :

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through understanding market trends, research and networking.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and potential clients.
  • Collaborate with the senior management to create effective strategies for lead generation.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets.
  • Manage projects related to client onboarding and service delivery.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Skills :

  • Canadian experience in clothing industry is must. (Abroad experiences are not considered)
  • Minimum 3 years experience in Business Development or Sales in same industry.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
  • Exceptional customer relationship management skills, fostering long-term partnerships.
  • Ability to think strategically and develop actionable plans for growth.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a persuasive presentation style.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $16.50-$20.50 per hour
