Description

SUPPORT THE BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER/HEAD IN IDENTIFYING GROWTH OPPORTUNITIES, BUILDING CLIENT RELATIONSHIPS, MANAGING SALES PIPELINES, AND DRIVING REVENUE GENERATION ACTIVITIES FOR THE ORGANIZATION.

  • Assist in meeting sales targets and expanding market presence.
  • Support in identifying new business opportunities – including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products, and services.
  • Participate in pricing, proposals, and contract negotiations.
  • Assist in building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Manage and resolve client queries or complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Coordinate client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.
  • Conduct research to identify new markets, customer needs, and competitor activity.
  • Analyze sales and marketing metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Monitor industry trends and provide insights to senior management.
  • Maintain sales databases, and prepare regular sales reports.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (marketing, operations, finance) to ensure smooth execution of client deliverables.
  • Prepare business proposals, pitch decks, and other documentation.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns and digital strategies.
  • Represent the company at industry events, networking functions, trade shows, and conferences.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of business development strategies.
  • Track and report on KPIs related to sales, marketing, and client engagement.
  • Support senior managers and leadership in daily tasks and long-term planning.
  • Mentor or assist junior staff when required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Good organizational and time-management skills.
