Business Development Associate – Bridging, CRE & Term LendingLocation: Hybrid – UKEmployment Type: Full-time

About the RoleWe are looking for a motivated and commercially minded Business Development Associate to support the growth of our lending business across Bridging Finance, Commercial Real Estate (CRE) and Term Lending.This role is ideal for someone looking to develop their career within specialist lending and financial services. You will work closely with the Business Development and Relationship Management teams to identify prospects, manage enquiries and support the conversion of new lending opportunities.

• Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the Business Development team in generating new lending opportunities.
• Research and identify prospective brokers, introducers, developers and property investors.
• Conduct outbound calls, emails and other business development activities.
• Respond to initial enquiries and gather relevant client and transaction information.
• Maintain and update the CRM system and sales pipeline.
• Qualify leads against the bank's lending criteria.
• Assist with preparing information and documentation for credit and underwriting teams.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure opportunities progress efficiently.
• Follow up with brokers and clients throughout the lending process.
• Maintain regular communication with existing prospects and introducers.
• Support Relationship Managers and Business Development Managers with meetings, presentations and client communications.
• Monitor market activity and identify potential new business opportunities.
• Produce regular pipeline and business development reports.
