Job Summary: The Business Development Associate will be responsible for patient referral generation supporting CLS’s clinics across Houston, attending various networking events/health fairs, and assisting the Business Development Managers in admin duties/logistics involving physician recruitment and M&A Strategies. This position requires flexibility and availability as needed. This position is very customer service oriented as you will interact with Physician candidates identified to fulfill specific clinics. Responsibilities: Responsible for maintaining and establishing relationships with various healthcare providers & groups around Greater Houston. Visit at least (10) clinics per day, promoting newly onboarding CLS Providers to possible referring physicians. Attending and assist with various health fairs & networking events hosting exhibition/booths to promote CLS Health. Attend meetings with and manage various CLS physicians field marketing plan. Develop various partnerships and sponsorships to increase physician patient panel. Educate and promote existing CLS Providers/Service Lines to surrounding physicians & practices in the general vicinity of CLS clinics. Provide event planning coordination and support. Host at least (1) weekly lunch/educational seminar with a non-CLS clinic Provide support to onboarding and physician integration team Increase referral source volume through daily and weekly interactions with healthcare professionals and organizations. Provide weekly status reports on all site visits, phone calls, and other activities. Coordinate on-site visits between providers and CLS Health management, including dates, agendas, food, meeting rooms, and invitations. Possess attention to detail in composing, typing, and proofing business correspondence and materials. Provide support for the development of new and established CLS physicians, referral generation, and network development. Assist and manage lead generation for Business Development Managers. May travel to other CLS Health clinics as needed. Additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned. Requirements Excellent verbal, written and organization skill. Attention to details. Healthcare background preferred. Sales/Marketing background preferred. Bachelor’s Degree preferred (Healthcare Admin, Marketing, Business) A willingness to travel as needed around the Houston area. (Mileage Included) 1+ years of experience in an outside sales/field marketing role. Be skilled at establishing and juggling priorities and meeting deadlines. Be able to succeed in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy. Be proficient in a variety of computer software applications, including Microsoft Office, Asana, Outlook, and search engine research. Education and Experience: A willingness to travel as needed around the Houston area. (Mileage Included) 0-2 years of experience in an admin/support type of role. Be skilled at establishing and juggling priorities and meeting deadlines. Be able to succeed in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
