OVERVIEW:

We are currently looking for a Business Development Associate to support our growth in the emerging medical robotics space. This individual will work closely with leadership to identify strategic opportunities, foster partnerships, and drive growth for Cobionix.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role in the medical device, robotics, or healthcare industry.
  • Strong understanding of the medical device industry, including regulatory requirements and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to identify new business opportunities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills.
Responsibilities
  • Conduct market research to identify potential partners, customers, and growth opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the medical robotics and healthcare sectors.
  • Support the preparation of business proposals, funding applications, presentations, and pitch decks.
  • Assist in negotiating contracts and agreements with prospective partners and clients.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to create and execute business development strategies.
  • Track industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes that may impact business opportunities.
  • Work closely with R&D and product teams to align business objectives with technological capabilities.
  • Support the execution of sales strategies to achieve revenue and partnership goals.
  • Work with QA/RA to ensure organizational compliance with applicable regulatory requirements
  • Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to represent Cobionix.
  • Manage CRM tools and maintain accurate records of business development activities.
  • Other duties as required.
