Role Overview Our company is a fast growing consulting firm with offices in Cyprus and Dubai. The BD Associate will drive company growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and supporting overall market expansion within the corporate services sector. Key Responsibilities Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the corporate services industry. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions. Conduct market research to stay informed on industry trends, client demands, and competitor activity. Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and commercial offers. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and high client satisfaction. Meet or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to the company’s broader growth strategy. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities. Requirements Proven experience in business development or sales within a B2B environment. Good understanding of corporate services and client needs in the UAE market. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced setting. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). Results-driven mindset with a track record of achieving or exceeding targets. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
