JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Responsibilities
  • Assist management in daily operations, including sales, customer service, and administrative tasks.
  • Engage with potential and existing customers to drive sales, introduce new products, and build long-term relationships.
  • Support sales activities by preparing quotations, sending price lists, coordinating sample submissions, and following up on leads.
  • Track and monitor project timelines (e.g., new market expansion, business initiatives) and provide regular updates to management.

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (sales, operations, logistics) to ensure smooth execution of business activities.
  • Prepare and maintain organized records such as statements of accounts, invoices, and customer correspondence.
  • Participate in strategy discussions, contribute ideas for growth opportunities, and support the implementation of business initiatives.Gain exposure across different departments to build a holistic understanding of the company’s operations and develop leadership skills.
