The Role The Business Development Associate serves as a key point of contact for partner relationships while also helping to grow new business. This role blends account management, partner support, and outbound prospecting. You’ll work cross-functionally with underwriting teams, communicate daily with partners and customers, and help identify revenue opportunities within an established partner channel. ________________________________________ What You’ll Do • Prospect and qualify new partnership opportunities through phone and email outreach • Onboard and train new partners on company processes, workflows, and systems • Manage ongoing partner relationships and serve as a primary point of contact • Coordinate with junior and senior underwriting teams to help move funding deals forward • Track activity, performance, and trends to identify growth opportunities within partner accounts • Share market and partner feedback with leadership to improve processes and offerings • Travel to partner meetings and industry conferences as needed
