As a Business Development Associate, you’ll be responsible for generating new business opportunities, connecting with decision-makers, building early relationships, and creating a strong pipeline for the sales team. What You’ll Be Doing Proactively sourcing and qualifying new business opportunities Reaching out to decision-makers via phone, email, and LinkedIn Building relationships with potential exhibitors and sponsors Understanding client needs and identifying relevant event solutions Booking qualified meetings and handing over warm leads to the sales team Keeping pipeline activity organised and up to date Working closely with sales and marketing to drive growth Who You Are We’re looking for driven, career-focused individuals who are ready to work hard and be rewarded for it.
