Job Description About the Role: Job Title: Business Development Associate Schedule: Monday to Friday; 9 AM to 6 PM Location: Quezon City Job Summary: The Business Development Associate supports the company’s growth initiatives by assisting in the identification, evaluation, and coordination of new business opportunities. This role contributes to franchise development, market research, and partnership activities that align with Fredley Group of Companies’ expansion goals. The Business Development Associate also provides administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth execution of business development projects and franchise processes. Key Responsibilities: Assist in handling franchise inquiries and coordinating with potential franchisees. Support the screening and documentation process of franchise applications. Help prepare business proposals, presentations, and reports for management review. Maintain an updated database of franchise leads, inquiries, and ongoing negotiations. Conduct basic market and competitor research to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the food and beverage industry. Gather and organize data for feasibility studies and market analysis. Provide insights and reports to support decision-making and business strategy. Coordinate with internal departments (Operations, Marketing, Legal, Finance) to facilitate franchise setup and business requirements. Assist in organizing meetings, presentations, and site visits with prospective partners or franchisees. Support the development team in managing third-party partnerships and external communications. Prepare and update business development trackers, reports, and performance summaries. Ensure proper filing and safekeeping of franchise-related documents and agreements. Provide logistical and clerical support for business development activities, events, and meetings. Qualifications Job Requirements: Must have: Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, or related course. At least 1–2 years of experience in business development, sales, or franchise coordination (preferably in the food and beverage or retail industry) but fresh graduates with internship experience are welcome. Strong communication, coordination, and documentation skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Highly organized, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Proven sales, marketing and or business development management experience Exceptional communication and presentation skills Excellent skills in interpersonal, customer service, organizational, and time management Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Additional Information Why choose us?
