ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking a driven and dynamic Business Development Associate to help grow our reach across the construction and mining industries. This role is ideal for an engineering-minded individual who understands the technical challenges of our audience, and can effectively build strong client relationships, identify training needs, and close opportunities with confidence.
This position is 90% remote, with occasional in-person meetings, conferences, or industry events as needed.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the construction and mining sectors.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships with industry professionals, companies, and government bodies.
• Promote and sell our education and training solutions aligned with client needs.
• Collaborate with internal technical teams to tailor course offerings.
• Represent the Institute at industry events, expos, and webinars (online or in-person).
• Maintain accurate records of leads, pipelines, and outcomes using CRM tools.
