QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum 2 years of commercial sales experience, with a strong preference for candidates with cold calling experience.
• High school diploma required; degree in business, marketing, or technical field is a plus.
• HVAC certifications or technical training preferred but not mandatory.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Proficient in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and order management/ERP tools.
• Detail-oriented with a high standard of accuracy in all aspects of the sales process.
