We’re looking for a motivated and proactive Business Development Associate to join our growing team and play a key role in managing and converting leads.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Some prior experience in customer service, sales, or business development is a plus (fresh graduates welcome).
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and spoken English; Arabic is a plus.
  • Comfortable using social media and messaging apps for business communication.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Positive, proactive, and willing to learn.
Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW:

As a Business Development Associate, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients. You will manage incoming leads via calls, texts, and social media platforms, follow up with prospects, and support the sales process to convert inquiries into clients. This role is ideal for someone organized, confident in communication, and eager to learn about the fast-paced world of digital marketing.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Handle incoming leads from multiple channels (phone calls, WhatsApp, social media, website inquiries).
  • Follow up with potential clients promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain accurate lead records in our CRM system.
  • Nurture relationships with prospects to move them through the sales pipeline.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve lead conversion rates.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on lead status and follow-up activities.
  • Understand and clearly communicate Wavelink Digital’s services to potential clients.
