We are seeking a motivated Business Development Associate to drive growth, expand our client base, and strengthen our market presence in the UAE.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in business development in the UAE.
• Knowledge of UAE market conditions, industry trends, and competitor activities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
• Friendly, motivated, and client-focused personality.

• Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in UAE markets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Conduct market and competitor research to develop business strategies.
• Assist in preparing technical and commercial proposals.
• Develop marketing strategies and promotional materials.
• Attend networking and industry events to promote NASEC’s services.
• Maintain accurate records of clients, leads, and business activities in the CRM system.
• Support senior management in achieving company growth and revenue goals.
