What you will be doing We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Lead. You will work directly with the Sales, Operations, and Business Development teams. You will engage with end users to increase our popularity within the DOD by helping coordinate and attend demonstrations/ trade shows. This role requires someone who is willing to travel, able to adapt to changing timelines, and thrives in a dynamic startup environment. You should have the following Ability to fly FPV and demonstrate product capabilities to military end users in a clear and engaging manner. Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Strong leadership presence with a hands-on, proactive attitude. Must be able to travel for sales and demos. Customer Service experience. Nice to have SOF Background. Experience as a Military Instructor. Startup experience. Sales experience US Salary Range $80,000 - $90,000 USD The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations.
