The BD Associate in the Commercial department at Nerval Corporation is responsible for following up on proposals submitted to clients and generating new business opportunities. This role is crucial in driving the growth of the Multifamily & Commercial segment of our business, ensuring client satisfaction, and contributing to the overall success of the company’s Sales & Marketing division.

EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a business development or sales role, preferably within the Multifamily & Commercial industry.
• Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with clients and internal teams.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
