Ninyo & Moore Geotechnical and Environmental Sciences Consultants, an ENR Top 500 Design Firm, is currently seeking a Business Development Associate based out of our San Diego, California headquarters to cover part of Southern California (San Diego, Imperial, San Bernardino and Riverside Counties). The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding our existing client base under the guidance of our existing business development leadership. Active participation in professional association and industry events, and exhibiting a positive image in the community is required. The candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills, strong work ethic, and enjoy developing new client relationships. Demonstrated business development success is preferred. Job Description: The candidate will be responsible for performing business development activities as it relates to Ninyo & Moore's primary services, including: •    Strategic planning, development of new and existing clients. •    Attendance at appropriate association/industry events. •    Providing strategic input to marketing materials and significant proposals. Required Knowledge and Skills:  •    Excellent written and oral communication skills. •    Ability to project a positive image of the firm to the community. •    Proven track record in outside business development (5-10 years experience in the geotechnical engineering consulting, construction materials testing or related field preferred). Status: Full-Time Location: Based out of our San Diego (Kearny Mesa) office and willing to travel to all counties listed above as well as occasional evening events. Reference ID: BD-IRV
