YOUR MISSION

Nulogy is seeking an energetic, coachable, and curious individual to join our growing marketing team as a Business Development Associate (BDA). Reporting to a BDR, this role provides an exciting entry point into the world of sales and marketing within a leading software company. You’ll gain hands-on experience in identifying potential leads, initiating early-stage outreach, and contributing to the success of demand generation campaigns. This position is ideal for someone early in their career who is eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • 0–1 years of experience in a sales, marketing, or customer-facing role (internship or part-time experience welcome).
  • Familiarity with or interest in CRM and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated, with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
  • Interest in the SaaS, tech, supply chain, or logistics industries.
  • Comfortable making phone calls and engaging with new people.
  • Team-oriented and open to feedback.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
  • Support outbound outreach efforts through email, phone, and social media to identify and engage potential prospects.
  • Assist in researching target accounts, industry trends, and key decision-makers.Help qualify inbound leads from web inquiries, events, and campaigns.
  • Work with the BDR to prepare outreach materials and follow-up messages.
  • Support logistics and follow-ups for virtual and in-person events.
  • Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions and lead status in Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales to refine messaging and lead generation strategies.
