As a Business Development Associate, you’ll focus on building new business opportunities, connecting with decision-makers, sparking interest, and creating a strong pipeline for the sales team. What You’ll Be Doing Proactively sourcing and qualifying new business opportunities Reaching out to decision-makers via phone, email, and LinkedIn Building early-stage relationships with potential exhibitors and sponsors Understanding client goals and identifying where our events can add value Booking qualified meetings and handing over warm opportunities to sales Keeping pipeline and activity data organised and up to date Collaborating with internal teams to maximise lead generation Who You Are You’re motivated, confident, and eager to build a career in sales. You’re not afraid to pick up the phone and enjoy the challenge of turning conversations into opportunities.
