POSITION OVERVIEW:

We’re seeking driven Business Development Associates to join our sales team and play a key role in expanding our appliance sales network. This is a 100% commission-based position, perfect for self-starters who thrive on performance and are passionate about closing deals.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience in sales, preferably in appliances, home improvement, or B2B environments
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
  • Reliable transportation (if on-site or in-person visits are required)
  • Familiarity with CRM tools or sales tracking software is a plus
Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prospect and generate new leads in residential, commercial, and wholesale markets
  • Build and maintain relationships with contractors, developers, landlords, and retailers
  • Present product options and solutions to meet client needs
  • Negotiate deals and close sales
  • Maintain a pipeline of prospects and manage the full sales cycle
  • Stay informed about appliance trends, pricing, and competitors
  • Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, or client meetings (as applicable)
