Roles & Responsibilities

Vision Prime Management Consultancy L.L.C. is a UAE-based business consultancy providing professional services including business setup, UAE trade licenses, corporate services, visa solutions, and related advisory services. We are looking for motivated and result-oriented Business Development Associates to join our growing team on a commission-based structure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research.
• Identify potential clients interested in UAE business setup, licensing, visa, and corporate services.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to company growth.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Candidates with experience in business setup, real estate, banking, PRO services, or corporate services are highly preferred.
• UAE market knowledge and existing network is require.
• Candidates must hold a valid UAE residence visa.

Compensation:
