The Role As an International Business Development Associate, you will: Research and identify target companies in the U.S. market Contact business owners and senior decision-makers via phone, email, and LinkedIn Qualify leads and generate interest in our U.S.-based events Book meetings and hand over sales-ready leads to senior team members Support outbound sales campaigns and market growth strategies Progress into senior sales, event management, or U.S.-based roles based on performance What We’re Looking For Experience isn’t required - we’re looking for potential.
