You’ll begin in business development, learning how world-class exhibitions are built. As you progress, you’ll have opportunities to move into event management, coordination, operations, or senior commercial roles based on your strengths. Full training is provided from day one. What You’ll Be Doing You’ll play a key role in helping grow our global events, starting with lead generation and relationship building. Your responsibilities include: Researching and identifying high-potential exhibitors and sponsors Contacting prospects via phone, email, and LinkedIn Qualifying leads and generating interest in our international events Booking meetings and passing leads to senior sales executives Supporting wider sales and marketing campaigns Gaining exposure to event operations, planning, and commercial strategy Progressing over time into event management or coordination roles Who We’re Looking For We hire for potential, not experience.
