POSITION OVERVIEW

The Business Development Associate will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth across
multiple business units at Radiance Solar. This position demands a versatile professional
capable of balancing competing priorities while advancing strategic initiatives within Quest
Canopies, Operations & Maintenance, and Solar EPC division

Responsibilities
  • You will prospect new leads under CCO guidance across all three business units by actively identifying and engaging potential clients through cold outreach, networking, and inbound lead follow-up and deliver a minimum number of qualified leads per quarter, as defined by sales leadership.
  • You will build and maintain comprehensive prospect lists and contact databases and ensure all prospect and client records are accurate, current, and segmented for targeted outreach.
  • You will work with engineering to design and project specifications for production of accurate preliminary layouts within defined turnaround times.
  • You will Generate client proposals in coordination with cross-functional Radiance teams by collaborating with engineering, operations, and finance to produce clear, competitive, and compelling proposals withing the timeline assigned.
  • You will build and manage a sales pipeline with assistance from BD team and CCO.
  • You will provide regular pipeline status updates to sales leadership by submitting weekly and monthly sales activity reports highlighting wins, risks, and forecast accuracy. Maintain a 90%+ accuracy rate in pipeline projections.
  • You will maintain comprehensive understanding of all Radiance Solar divisions (EPC, Development, O&M, Quest Canopies).
  • You will foster a positive team environment while pursuing professional growth opportunities by actively contributing to team meetings, idea sharing, and cross-departmental collaboration and participate in at least two professional development activities annually.
  • You will represent the company at industry conferences and networking events by attending a minimum number of events per year, as defined by leadership.
